Tech is partially responsible for this problem, and it's probably going to be partially responsible for the solution. I think there is not that one single semantic we have to agree there. The world has chaos, and we we have to embrace that complexity. If there happens to be different definitions of a customer that we don't agree then, ok, let's just define that. And i feel like the metrics layer, in the symatics layer, can embrace that pretty well.
