In other words, this is the biggest leverage point that you see. It's not necessarily the food or nutrition, that's just asleep. When you don't sleep well, as i said, you increase your stress for minds. And we all know that you don't actuallyget better when your exercise, right? Damage yourself when you get ex when you exercise. D then when you sleep, you recover and you come back stronger.
