How to Be a Moderator and Not Target People in the Community?

There would be a lot of heated conversations in the community around politics or interests. And so we'd have to do a lot of training around the fact that you can't take things personally. Sometimes i had some moderators go off the tongue and els like, luck, i get it. I understand this person has been bothering you for, like, days. They're not going anywhere. But your next tep is to bring me in? That was one rogue girl fraent,. Like x girl friend, one that we had to deal with. Otherwise there were some people who did not engage with the community.
