The Benefits of Adding Partially Longens to Your Training

There may be a benefit to adding in some partial lengthens for the limb muscles. There doesn't seem to be a denturement to maybe adding a set or two. But perhaps as finishers, you do some partials. That would be my recommendation just based on the literature.
