What Are Your Daily Information Habits?

I think sleep is really important. I sleep maybe eight or nine, sometimes 10 hours a night. And usually when I'm in the middle of writing a book, I wake up with three or four pages of notes that are actually useful. The criteria I use for who I work with is I want to work with people who are different than me in an interesting way. That links to my purpose. So people who help me understand the world 10 years out working back, those are the people I want to hang around with and I filter out everybody else.
