Mindfulness and the Pandemic
Mindfulness at the moment is very much seen as something for privileged people to do. But i do think when i saw how effective it was for this particular cohort in amets programme, and knowing as well that they had not been given anything else. I can just see the potential for something like this to be rolled out at scale with some very skilled mindfulness instructors. You can actually see this training being delivered in a very robust way. The potential to prevent future suffering is also quite intriguing and exciting.
