The Future of Low Tide
Low tide, we operate in five neighborhoods all in the city of Vancouver. There are ones we I guess specifically viewed as having a murder either emerging or we thought would change in the near term. And so we buy multiple properties in each neighborhood and then we depend we improve them. They might be a relatively small improvement or might be kind of a wholesale change to affect to help catalyze the improvement in the neighborhood.
