What Is a Liver Mass?
This is a read that I don't see commonly. It's not something that is routine like our patients who have an electasis on their chest x-rays. And so again, my first step here to get more understanding of what this ultrasound really means would be to pick up the phone or walk down the hall and speak to the radiologist who read it. The next test in terms of imaging, I would really speak to my radiology colleagues about that. Sometimes we're going to get an MRI of the liver. Depending on what they think this looks like, those tests can give us different information.
