The Identification and Closing Period
You have to identify the properties within forty five days of the sale of your property. You need to ose on all those properties, or the ones you've identified, within a hundred and 80 days of the closing of the deal. So now, typically the hundred 80 days is not going to be too much of an issue. 30, 60, 15 day closings, not n com atall. That's up issue. But the forty five days is the one that's the most scary, and that's the one that'll bite you most.
