An agent is more likely to get the no than you the GP calling them. At least we have a chance of getting the no directly from the LP. In an ideal world, there's a sort of imprimatur that comes along with bear tooth. We're doing a lot of diligence upfront,. making sure that the funds they were representing in the marketplace are quality and will pass due diligence.
