A lot of people feel like it's a failure, that they can't break this cycle and it only seems to exasperate the problem. Tracy: We literally t ive with positive emotion, and we wither with negative emotion. And so all of this shame, this beating ourselves up, let it go. Focus on your strengths and forget about these weaknesses. Mo: Really be open to this idea of if you really want to go to bed on time, or what?
