It will take time for them to get there, not just physically but also train up the Ukrainians in using these tanks. The West has been extremely cautious about what it sends to Ukraine. Could those tanks and long-range missiles be used to hit Russia? Well yes they could. But the point is the Ukrainians have been told very firmly that they're not to do that. It would imperil their supply lines if they break the conditions.
