How to Maintain Purity in Your Professional Life

How do you maintain the sense of transmission with all the other polls toward the ego? I have two small children a five-year-old and a one and a half year old and my life often feels chaotic. It takes intentional deliberate effort to cultivate to sort of remain connected to what in my view are the things that matter most. Living the kind of life that most fully in acts most fully fulfills what feels like most authentic about me for me.
