I think using glutes while walking is such an important one and I know it's one I've been trying to learn also so selfishly I would love for you to just explain a little bit more. Line your back bend your knees so your feet are flat press the heels down to lift your hips and then we can teach you how to use that when you're actually in motion with walking or anything else.
