I would say I've backtracked a little bit on exogenous melatonin. It's an ingredient, a diet type, you know, everybody wants to talk about carnivore. But do I think you should consume it every day? No, I still don't. If you're having that much trouble at sleep, this is putting people that actually have a sleep disorder to the side for the average normal healthy person. There's other issues at bay. There's deeper issues that need to be fixed first.
