Why Can't We Build as Fast as the Empire State Building?
I lived in Burmese behind the shard for a couple of years. You wouldn't get the sun on that angle. And the cladding is south, west-ish facing, not north-facing. I don't think anyone by you has thought about that Luke just to let your little heart rest at peace. We're going to be looking at how engineers and construction teams were able to build the Empire State Building at an astonishing speed. It took one year and 45 days to build a 102-story building which became the world's tallest building for the next 40 years. The event will look at why we can't get to that level of efficiency anymore.
