The Difference Between Noise and Bias
Bias is a systematic tendency to err in a specific direction compared to the accurate value. If bias is consistent, error, noise is the opposite. In all that seeming randomness, it can be hard to pin point exactly what's causing the problem. Unlike bias, which can often be pinned down, noise is all the invisible stuff that's affecting decisions that we can't see.
