i couldn't figure out why, when the oskars happen, teand somebody wins, and there's just all this exaggerated excitement. I always thought it was because they were just incredibly self obsessed narcisistic people. John loceras a how he sayst the intrigue like aspionage writer. He described having his books turned into movies, he described it as watching an oxen turned into a bullion cube. That's probably the smartest way to do it, cause it w'ld be a lot e heartache and a lot less a frustration.
