Culture was actually one thing that I had the most confidence and we'd be able to pull off. The financial part of the turnaround was much more scary because we needed to have a model where we can charge the doctors more closely related to the value that we're getting, right? In the old bottle, the doctors that got 10,000 patients from us a year were literally just paying cents per patient. That wasn't going to be a sustainable business model for us going forward. Now, over half of the doctors on the platform were actually paying less as a result of the business model transition.
