The oil industry was built completely by the Americans, at the end of British, mostly by the Americans in Libya. So it wasn't just about spare parts. It was really on all level a cultural warfare and material one. And so you see always these debates about sanctions or the sanctions on Libya. They were not as devastating as they were on Iran. But still, you are not delegitimizing a project abroad.
