There are six overriding human needs: certainty, a significance, variety or uncertainty, growth, contribution and then love and connection. Whatever decision you make leads to one of those 6 human needs. And if you can figure out what those six human needs are, and you can just ask questions, yon't ask them in the first meeting. You've got to be able to speak the language of the buyer. If you're not speaking that language again, you break my report at the least.
