Introduction

Karl Woods is a senior research fellow in skill acquisition at Victoria University's Institute for Health and Sport. Karl completed a PhD focusing on identification and talent development in junior Australian football through the Edith Cowan University. He has since spent time working in both academia and embedded within clubs as a skill acquisition scientist. I love talking with Karl, I think the way he sees the world is awesome and I really enjoyed my chat with him.
