There's such a high talent bar at the company that I felt coming in like very excited about it, but also with really no experience in anything I was doing and no experience even out of startup. The remote asynchronous nature of our company was really just like a forcing function to learn and do things the right way. And then yeah, I think the other thing was just mentorship by not even explicit membership or like structured mentorship from any one team. Just learning from observing such like high performance people every day and seeing how other people are doing things and making decisions was just so valuable to you, get to where I'm at.
