You Always Drive Where You're Looking
The first thing that they teach race car drivers when they spit out of control is not to look at the wall. And so your goals are where you're looking. Most of us are looking at what we don't want, because we're scared of getting it. It's hard to look at what you do want because like the default is anxiety. The trick is to train your brain for me. I have visualization sometimes when I'm in my head about fear and I picture myself crashing into the wall. Like I am forcing myself to go exactly to where I don't want to go.
