Is the World Bank a Woman's Choice?

The World Bank mobilizes hundreds of billions of dollars to the countries which are ultimately going to either just massively increase their carbon emissions as they industrialize or aren't. Felix: How is the World Bank going to square that circle of keeping economic growth, keeping the poverty rate going down rather than up while at the same time without having carbon emissions going out of control? That is like of all of the institutions in the world, probably the World Bank is best place to be able to do that. Whether it can, I don't know. But if anyone can, it can.
