The Desirous Big Other Wants Me to Show Up and Signal My Castration

There's a there's a part of our readings for tonight that I don't understand. And what I suggested looking at pages 45 and 46 was that the big O other in a desirous state wants me to show up and signal my castration. This is part of what Lacan is saying on 45 and 46. The anxiety is that I have to adopt yours. I don't get to have my own kind of thing. That is super interesting.
