One session a week would probably be deep, you know, you would probably start to see detrain if you're talking depends on your level of muscularity too. I used to be of the opinion that twice a week had greater effects than once a week and that even three days like you're saying might have been better than two days. The more recent we just sort of made analysis a few years ago on this, it doesn't seem to really show that. You need to get better quality research that looks at that.
