In the first stages, it was very much about establishing the case for change. Why do we need to be exploring skills development and learning in a more holistic way? And so that took some time with schools grappling with what the principles of the project were. But it very much was about articulating, well, we've got this aim, I guess. These are our objectives along the way. This is the vision. What we hope to achieve.
