Michelle: I've been working on this actively for over a decade now my perfectionism and I would still say call myself a recovering perfectionist. The things that trap me are things where I get very caught in needing like it's like a new program for example, she says. Michelle: We all have to make choices about what we want to spend our time and energy on so you know of compassion and thinking about what is it you really want to spend your time and energy  in this life.
