Don't Sit on Feedback Too Long

A common pattern was that managers would kind of sit on feedback. A good motto or mindset is make your motto no surprises. Create a list of three or four things you're willing to work on and show your manager the list. You're giving your manager permission to come up with a fourth thing that you didn't even think of before.
