The Montreal Olympics: A Memorable Moment
Olympics in Montreal was beset with problems from start to finish. Canadian taxpayers ended up paying for the Olympics, which became known as the Big O. Professor Ben Flubier has compiled a database of 16,000 projects. Only 8.5% of them meet their initial estimates of cost and time. We'll look at some of those projects in detail during this programme.
