The Importance of Accepting Sadness

I think of Emmanuel, those of you that have never heard of Emmanuel, as a spirit entity. He is channeled I think is the word through a woman named Pat Rodicast. But his stuff is quite beautiful and it's been very helpful. To me that's the final criterion, does it help me? If it doesn't help me, it might be fine, it's just not relevant to me. When I go near that I feel I don't have any business there. That's what I've learned to do which is leave me free of having to judge everybody all the time. And my sadness came out of my truth also.
