Christina Schindler is the CEO of several family businesses, including The Modern Stone Age Family, The Modern Stone Age Kitchen, and Eat Like a Human! Their current passion, the Eastern Shore Food Lab has become an autonomous nonprofit, and offers immersive classes on a range of topics, including- cheese making, sourdough bread making, nose-to-tail butchering and cooking, fermenting, and foraging.
