Should We Promote Human Wealth Over Animal Welfare?

When we talk about suffering across these different fields, well, do you think that within the ethical life, our actions should promote the flourishing of the human species over other species? I'm not sure I would commit myself to. But if you mean like all other things being equal, should we promote the welfare of humans over animals, a qualified yes. If God causes our existence and he is the absolute source of goodness itself, then it still makes sense that the allergy doesn't hold up.
