Is There a Threat, Not Veiled?

There is a threat, not veiled. It's pretty explicit threat, as put in our troops. But if we can have a deal, we back down. Is that your general sense? I mean, i don't think most of the people i've spoken to here just about this, don't feel there's anything to back down from. We need to get clarity on this.
