Are Supplements Really Good for You?

With supplements, its more is not always better. Sometimes people are getting enough of a vitament or nutrient that they need that they don't need the supplement for it. But at the same time, someone might have a certain vitemin deficiency that they need to eat a pound of something to get. And so i always recommend that people talk to their doctors about that, or nutritions about that.
