I've never eaten moose. I have students who eat moose, but I never have. It's probably tastes like real meat. My brother is a hunter, and he gets the weirdest stuff, and he wants to eat it. If you're going to kill something, please, by all means, eat the thing. But there's a lot of turkeys where I live in Northern California that are massive. They're much bigger than a turkey you'd see at Thanksgiving,. So it's just gamey. And gamey is a funny adjective. How would you describe gamey? That is a good question because I try not to eat anything gamey., she said.
