How to Maximize Your University's Funding

Government funding is terribly speaking going down right whether it's state or federal. So you have to like consolidate people across the university and then basically the entire university just goes in on this one grant so that is something that happens regularly now. There's just a lot of those kinds of ideas just floating around and I think reducing costs and kind of maximizing out are good ways to go.
