CHAPTER

The Matrix of Acceptance in Commitment

The matrix is a space divided into four quadrants. On the top half, we have our inner thoughts and feelings. That's our symbo type. And on the bottom we have our outer actions that people can see us doing. The right and left distinguish between these two types of behaviour. A recent study presented this in a 15 minute intervention to couples. It actually improved the relationship among the couple. Part of all this is that we think it needs not take a long amount of time. Just as with gean therapy, if you can insert a gean effect onto your phenotype then there's an effect.
