I'm really interested in this idea of you know the sort of argument that you're making of all architecture being political which I think is something that more and more people are waking up to. You were talking about that 20 years ago and you named the firm office for political innovation and you were thinking about using the model of the architecture studio to engage in different formats and different problems. Can you talk a little bit about how that developed when you opened the studio was a lot of that DNA there from the beginning or just that's something that sort of you know grew over time with the studio.
