Hong Kong Without Any Tax

I think Hong Kong still retains a lot of attraction particularly for the out trade. The art market is ultimately going to be focused on things like tax. And so I think that Hong Kong without any tax at all is of doing business there even with the mainland authorities tightening up. Singapore has got a new five-year plan which runs from this year 2023 to 2027 and they really do want to create everything. They're putting money obviously into museums into all sorts of different cultural events and they also are interested in the market. It's very difficult to know but there was a rumour that MCH while they have cancelled Masterpiece and do not intend to open it up again in this country
