The Importance of Diagnostic Feedback in Education
When you get into a situation where there's math or numbers you actually light up the fear centers in your brain. Stanford has shown that people with math anxiety for example when they see numbers as you say this fear center lights up. The problem solving centers shut down so that's why it's so important not to have an anxiety inducing practices in schools and unfortunately there are a lot of those that go on.
