It stands for entire details, focal length, angle and time. If you want to tell a story, think about shooting a motion picture. Kevin Costner makes great Western movies. Every single one of them starts with a big establishing shot. This is how I approach storytelling and photography. And I'm trying to compress four and a half decades into five minutes.
