Bradford: I was recruited by an organization called Teach for America, which pairs high performing college students with to low income neighborhoods. He moved to Atlanta, Georgia, where he was a teacher in a beautiful school that didn't get results for kids. "I saw incredible black educators with black students and being able to learn from them was one of the most important experiences of my career," Brad says.
