Generalized Anxiety Is Helpful

i help many people with anxiety, but i'm still crippled by my own demons. It's the compulsion to keep checking in with your worry and behaving like you're under threat that keeps gad turned on. Gad disappears when you turn off the threat response. But it isn't going to turn off if every time it goes off, you thank it. And absolutey generalize anxietyis healthful. Sometimes just sat there genuinely bored and twilling your thumbs. There's a fine line between people with guard and people who worry a lot, but then can turn it off.
