The human body in the human mind cannot actually exist in a stressless state permanently um what you want to avoid is chronic stress like working 80 hour weeks and then doing intense 30 60 minutes every day where you can build up to that stressful event and then come down from it finger to the wind That's probably the right amount of Stress for Goldilocks.
