The Role of the Heart in Free Will

I'm very happy for the philosophers to define free will but I can experimentally study dissociations between self-report beliefs and intentions. Changes in body physiology brain and heart which precede actions tells us how we represent knowledge, belief, desires at all different levels of our bodies. think we could be like looking for in the brain to determine whether or not someone has it so I agree that's a soft type but maybe tells us very little about free will.
