In customer success you can sense a lot more what's actually happening and how they think. So I think the first thing is, it's very intentional the segmentation of the customers. Some companies have all the tech touch so, you know, I, I know that minecast for example, like they have it all tech touch. And then you have the nurture so that's where you're talking about tech touch type of thing. There's lots of different ways we, we can track these things and then assess. The system will almost automatically say this customer is read for these reasons and you could set your own criteria and so forth. It did come intelligent enough they can be tied into LinkedIn
