Why a Friend Stays in an Abusive Relationship
There are many reasons why both men and women stay in abusive relationships. Your friend may be afraid of what will happen if they decide to leave the relationship. It's probably hard to admit that they've been abused. Many people stay in it because they say, well, I'm only supposed to be married once. You can love someone and not trust them though. Love will follow if trust is there.
