AI-related Biometric Privacy Lawsuit

Google's Bard, also known as the little tiny stepbrother that can't do anything right in the old runner up, but they are doing something good. They are doing an experiments update page to try to be transparent about the updates that they're making to the system as it goes along. Illinois is not a place you can have that kind of stuff going on. So they got slapped with a two and a quarter million dollar fine for actually doing that.
